TWS has very competitive rates and we realize that every business is unique and therefore the needs of every business owner are unique as well. In order to provide our clients with the best service TWS offers a variety of payment options to fit every need and budget.
Hourly Package:
Administrative, Marketing & Design Services are billed at $30.00 per hour. IT Services vary depending on the scope of the project. There is no minimum to buy, you can use as few or as many as you need. Hourly rates are invoiced on the 15th of the month and are due within 3 business days of receipt. Invoices must be reconciled or work will cease. Invoices can be paid via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card through PayPal, or by check via postal mail.
Project Package:
During your consultation we will discuss the specifications and needs of your project and give you project estimate. This is a flat fee with no commitment to sign, but we do require a small 2% deposit to get started. The remainder of the project will be invoiced monthly, or upon completion of the project.
Retainer Package:
Monthly retainers are ideal for ongoing projects because they ensure continuous support at a discounted rate. Retainer fees are to be paid in full in advance of the services, on the first of each month. Unused hours are not carried over so before the start of services we will go over the needs of the job and client expectations and figure out how the hours can best be utilized.

Additional hours are billed at standard rate.
30 hours a month $830.00
Additional hours are billed at standard rate.
40 hours a month $1080.00
Additional hours are billed at standard rate.
